What are the Super Durable architectural powder coatings that we offer?
Prisma Collection
The Prisma collection consists of three individual series, Sahara, Riviera and Cosmos. It includes 50 unique color shades designed by NEOKEM from start to finish.
The Prisma colors combine aesthetics with outstanding responsive behavior to outdoor conditions and high durability to prevent scratches and friction marks. Most colors have a sandblasted-like fine texture and metallic effect, while eight colors from the Cosmos series offer a more matt solution on a smooth surface. Moreover, all colors of the collection are certified with the international quality label Qualicoat (Class 2). Super durable powder coatings are at least 3 times more resistant in outdoor conditions compared to standard powder coatings.
Ammos Collection
In addition to the Prisma collection, you can find the Ammos collection which includes selected Super Durable RAL color shades, certified with the international quality label Qualicoat, Class 2.

Ammos Collection
The RAL shades of the Ammos Collection have a fine texture finish which secures an excellent behavior in outdoor conditions. The Ammos shades have high mechanical properties and premium aesthetics, they are certified with the international quality label Qualicoat, Class 2 and are at least three times more resistant than standard RAL Gloss and RAL Matt products.

The excessive and consistent exposure of Powder Coatings to UV radiation can cause various signs of damage such as discoloration, fading, poor color retention and chalking. Unfortunately, once these damages begin to occur, they are irreparable. Whenever the environmental conditions are harsh, (e.g., high levels of sunlight, harmful UV radiation) we can avoid or minimize premature fading and loss of gloss by specifying and using weatherable Super Durable Powder Coatings.

The PP 600 Sahara, PP 600 Riviera & PP 600 Cosmos is a new generation of Super Durable fine textured powder coatings. Due to its superior weathering resistance – three years in Florida weather resistant – it is recommended for architectural and other demanding applications where gloss, color retention and long-term aesthetics are significant. Products are bonded using the Neobond bonding process, thus ensuring a homogeneous metallic effect and stability during recycling.

Architectural Super Durable Glossy Smooth Polyester Powder Coating
PP 622 is a new generation of Super Durable smooth glossy powder coatings. Due to its superior weathering resistance – three years in Florida weather resistant – it is recommended for architectural and other demanding applications where gloss, color retention and long-term aesthetics are significant. All PP 622 products are heavy metal free and TGIC free.
PP622 is approved by Qualicoat for Class 2 – Category 3 (Approval number: P-1654).
PP 600 / PM / SB
Super Durable Base for Sublimation Fine Textured Powder Coating
PP 600/PM/SB is a fine textured thermosetting TGIC-free powder coating, based on super durable polyester resins. It is developed as base for sublimation technology systems and offers a very good and efficient transfer of inks, easy detachment of paper or plastic films, and long-term durability.
Due to its superior weathering resistance – three years in Florida weather resistant – it is recommended for architectural and other demanding applications, where the gloss and aesthetic retention is of a great importance.
Neokem SA is a licensed Qualideco powder supplier (License Nr. PS-004). PP 600/PM/SB is certified according to Qualicoat for Qualideco Class 2, Category 1 specifications (Approval number: DP-1147). Several decorations based on PP600/PM/SB have been tested, and conform to Qualideco Class 1, or Class 2 specifications.
PP 652 / SB
Super Durable Base for Sublimation Smooth Matt Powder Coating
PP 652/SB is a new generation of Super Durable smooth matt powder coatings. It is developed as base for sublimation technology systems. PP 101 is designed for architectural use, on aluminum and galvanized steel. It is recommended for architectural aluminum profiles, panels, railings, outdoor machinery and equipment, automotive parts etc. All PP 101 products are heavy metal and TGIC free.
PP 101 is approved by Qualicoat for Class 1 – Category 3 (Approval number: P-0369), and by GSB International for Standard Aluminum Coating Material (License number: 148a).
PP 151
Architectural Matt Polyester Powder Coatings
PP 151 is a series of matt thermosetting powder coatings, based on polyester resins specifically selected for their excellent resistance to atmospheric ageing and UV radiation. These characteristics, in combination with high mechanical properties, result in high performance coating films with very good outdoor durability and excellent aesthetic properties.
PP 151 is designed for architectural use, on aluminum and galvanized steel. It is recommended for architectural aluminum profiles, panels, railings, outdoor machinery and equipment, automotive parts etc.
