True Low Temperature Curing
One Series Three Different Textures
Smooth surface — PP 210
A series of Low-Temperature Curing TGIC-free powder coatings, with excellent Smooth finish and very good weatherability. Suitable for industrial indoor and outdoor applications. Especially recommended for temperature sensitive substrates and heavy parts.
Fine-Textured surface – PP 210/SP
A series of low temperature curing powder coatings with Fine-Textured finish, based on polyester resins selected for their good resistance to atmospheric ageing and UV radiation. It is suitable for industrial indoor and outdoor applications. Especially recommended for temperature sensitive objects, heavy parts and galvanized steel substrates.
Coarse-Textured surface — PP 210/CWM
A series of thermosetting powder coatings with very good mechanical properties, resulting in coating films with good outdoor durability and Coarse-Textured finish. PP 210/CWM is designed for industrial indoor and outdoor applications.
There is a wide variety of finishes available. Restriction to specific colors may apply. Contact us for more information.
Proven Savings
Reducing energy costs in powder coating installations Low-temperature powder coatings are the ideal solution for reducing energy consumption and increasing cost-effectiveness.
Using real data from an industrial oven manufacturer, we proved that using PP 210 series (curing 10 min 160 oC) instead of a conventional industrial powder coating (curing 10 min 200 oC), the total energy savings per hour of operation, including gas and electricity costs, reach up to 22.5%.
